The clinic's service alternatives include: screening, diagnostic evaluation, formulation of individualized treatment plan, various modalities of psychotherapy (individual, group, family), crisis intervention, psychopharmacology, active referral, and accompaniment. Services are offered by a multidisciplinary team consisting of a psychiatrist, psychologist, social worker, and health educator.

Iniciativa Comunitaria is governed by seven individuals who are elected by 10 to serve on the Board of Directors. The Board creates policies, creates a governance system, exercises fiduciary responsibility, and hires and oversees the Executive Director. You can also view our organization's Bylaws.
