KARLA M. ANDREU, MPA holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Georgetown University and a master's degree in Public Administration from Baruch College in New York. She is a passionate social sector advocate and non-profit fundraising leader in the U.S. and the Caribbean. She has expertise in the areas of development: federal, state and private grantwriting - where she has fundraised more than 15MM. She has proven excellence in social communications, designing innovative programming, public policy, workforce development, and community organizing. Karla has been a fundraiser for the Brega Bien mental health clinic since 2022 and under her guidance and fundraising firm - Grants PRO, Puerto Rico, the project has fundraised more than 2.17MM for capital and operational costs.
